Inside the hollow Baltic birch body is a steel cabasa chain that produces a crisp “clap” effect when the block is struck. The playing surface is finished with a soft pad so you can play with drumsticks and not damage the block while getting a full sound. Equipped with a standard eye-bolt mount to fit any percussion rod.
