Yes, all new instruments come with a manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, Twigg Musique provides a one-year service warranty on most woodwind and brass instruments to ensure they stay in peak playing condition.
Can I return an instrument if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 14-day return policy on most items. Instruments must be returned in their original, mint condition with all packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items like mouthpieces, reeds, and earplugs are final sale.
Do you provide instrument repair services?
Absolutely. Our professional workshop is staffed by expert technicians specialized in woodwind, brass, and string repairs. You can book a repair consultation online or visit us in-store.
